 Delta Payet is a professional esthetician and skin care specialist with more than 17 years industry experience. Fully licensed and certified, Delta provides customized treatment of all skin types from her own unique concept of a Skin Care salon and art gallery in Paradise Valley.
Professionally trained at the Zensi school of Cosmetology, Delta graduated with honors and then undertook 2 years ‘hands-on’ training at a prestigious San Francisco salon & spa. In 2000 Delta opened her first highly successful skin care salon & art gallery in the financial district of San Francisco. With a degree in interior design Delta has always had an eye for the aesthetic and the combination of her two passions (skin care & art) has been the concept underpinning “Delta In Skin®” since its inception. Delta believes in creating a relaxing environment that compliments her treatment regimes ultimately aiding in the results experienced by her clients. As well as a permanent display of beautiful glass created by Charlie Jenkins, a disciple of Chihuly, Delta In Skin®, is proud to display the work of numerous talented local artists.
Delta relocated to Arizona in 2003 while continuing to service her clients back in San Francisco. Delta ultimately opened a new salon in Paradise Valley moving to her current beautifully appointed space within the Paradise Village Office Park in 2006.
Delta has a true passion for her work and builds long term relationships with her clients who she sees as “family” and not merely a “number.” Extremely detailed oriented Delta works with her clients to get the best results possible and especially likes to work with pre-teens and the specific skin challenges this developmental stage exhibits. She aims to work with whichever skin care products her clients may already own rather than push specific lines although she can provide guidance on products from her approved ranges including those from leading specialists such as, Jan Marini, Dr. Grandle, Clayton Shegal and Colorescience.
Delta is a strong believer in ongoing education and regularly attends industry conferences and conventions to ensure she stays abreast with the latest treatment regimes, technologies and protocols.
Delta’s fundamental philosophy is that skin care should be easy. She is a working mom and recognizes that, to work, skin care needs to become a seamless part of one’s daily routine.
